Sunday 22nd July - 14:00
West Didsbury & Chorlton AFC
There is limited parking for 50-60 cars immediately inside the club grounds just outside the pay box entrance. This surface is covered by grass, meaning that getting in or out can be difficult in wintery conditions. Please also note that there is NO PARKING on Brookburn Road, local roads or around Chorltonville as they are private, maintained and exclusively for the use of residents.
PLEASE DRIVE SLOWLY ON ENTRY AND DEPARTURE AS THE APPROACH IS A BRIDLE WAY AND PUBLIC FOOTPATH.
There is additional public car parking on Chorlton Ees opposite the Bowling Green pub, who are also allowing supporters to use the pub car park, but there is little other on street parking.
Chorlton also has a Metrolink service running right into the heart of Chorlton with stops at Chorlton, St Werghburh’s Road and Barlow Moor Road. The ground is serviced by two Metrolink stops, Chorlton and St Wergburgh’s Road, although the latter is nearer the ground, the former will bring you into the centre of Chorlton. From there head down Wilbraham Road towards the world famous four banks, turn left at the lights down Barlow Moor Road until you reach the Bus Station.
From Barlow Moor Bus Station it’s a simple walk past the disused Police Station down Beech Road until you reach the Trevor Arms pub. From here you arrive at Chorlton green, turn left to walk through the church yard passing the Bowling Green pub on your left until you reach Brookburn Primary School on your right. Simply turn right after the school onto Brookburn Road and walk to the end of the road to find the ground.
There are a number of bus services to Chorlton from Manchester, the Trafford Centre and Stockport, stopping at Barlow Moor Station. From there, see the directions above.
